His Oath for a Vegetarian Life

This foto shows the nine-spoked Vajra or Dorje (rdo rje) which is said to have belonged to Guru Rinpoche. It is kept somewhere in Bhutan. The text mentions that it was used by Guru Rinpoche at the sacred place of the White Snow Mountain, Kailash (gangs dkar) as he bound the beings with the oath to obstain from eating meat (sha med dam btags).
It is feely rendered: This is Guru Rinpoche’s Vajra, which he used to strictly enforce the vegetarian diet (free frm meat) at the White Snow Mountain, Kailash. (gu ru rin po che'i gangs dkar sha med dam btags kyi rdo rje!)
